Casa Dulce is a small business established in Point Cook, Melbourne with an aspiration of sharing the wonderful sweets of South America. Our business started in 2022 and we bake in our certified kitchen.
What is an alfajor?
An alfajor (pronounced al·fa·hor) is a different kind of biscuit. Our recipe originates from our family bakery in Argentina. It’s made with two melt in your mouth biscuits embraced with a creamy dollop of dulce de leche (caramel) in between. These cookies are unlike anything you’ve ever tasted!
